1.Customers are responsible for all shipping fee and custom fee on returning non-defective merchandise.
2.Delay due to the customs, weather and other force majeure factors, all fees are paid by buyer.
If there are quality issues, such as spare part damaged, color faded, defects in workmanship shipping damages etc (contact us to see if your situation is applicable) within the items you order, you can return or exchange the merchandise with manufacturing defects within 7 days of receipt. However no return will be provided due to merchandise damaged by negligence.
After shipment, the logistic information is subject to the updated tracking number. The logistic company is responsible for any problem during the transportational process.
The responsibilities of any shipment error due to customs clearance, parcel delievered while absence or refused delivery are beared by the purchaser.
If the item you ordered is out of stock, we will ship out the available items while the rest of the order will be refunded to your paypal or credit card. Click here to see how long you will receive the refund.
