2) Transfer Fee

Payment through bank transfer usually comes with fee. Please check with your bank first for more information. The total amount of money should be the total amount plus transfer fee.

For example, if you are paying for a $500 order, the transfer fee will be $20. The total of $520 should be submitted. If you only pay $500, minus $20 transfer fee, we only receive $480. Thus we won't be able to procceed your full order.

Payment Confirmation

Payment made by PayPal or Visa / MasterCard will be confirmed within 12 hours

If you pay by Bank Transfer, MoneyGram or Western Union, we will confirm within 1 hours. Please send your Payment information to [email protected] as soon as possible.

Please note that order will be procceeded after Payment Confirmation regardless of methods.

If the payment or order is deemed excessively risky, magic b2b reserves the rights to terminate the Purchase Order. In this case, order will not be proceeded. And customer can get a full refund.

Combined Payments

If you want to pay for multiple orders at once, please contact us. We can combined your orders so that you can pay once.

Refund

PayPal Users

Refund will be back to your PayPal account within 1 working day. If you used credit card, it will take about 12 days from PayPal account to your card.

Visa / MasterCard credit card Users

Refund will be back to your credit card within 1 working day. It takes about 3-7 days from our merchant to your card.

Western Union , MoneyGram and Bank Transfer Users

Refund goes to your Credit Balance automatically.

Enchashment

Money from your Credit Balance can be withdraw at any times. Transfer fee is needed if you receive by Western Union , MoneyGram or Bank Transfer. It takes 1-3 working days.
